FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is your process? Before we begin, I will ask you numerous questions to make sure we are clear on your needs. Once the project needs are understood, I will send you an electronic contract which you will need to sign, date and send back to me before work is begun. You will be kept abreast of all progress and will approve every step of the process.
How much will it cost? This question is difficult to answer before I get a clear idea of your needs. While some projects fall into place quickly, others do not. My price is for a specific number of concepts and revisions, based on an hourly-rate. Numerous revisions beyond my original quote will affect overall cost. However, I will always let you know when we reach that point. If your needs change once into the project, we will address it as needed.
How long will it take? That really depends on you. When do YOU need it? I will meet your deadlines and if I feel I can't, I will let you know. To some degree, level of urgency will be reflected in the cost. Working with several vendors can also affect the timeline.
What types of payment do you accept? I accept business checks, personal checks, money orders, and Paypal. Final artwork will be retained until checks clear. 10% discount for payments made within 30-days. Additionally, in certain circumstances I am willing to trade services.
Can I get my project printed or will you? I am more than happy to work with your printer to get your pieces printed, or use any one of my many trusted vendors. Rest assured your printer will be getting clean, well-constructed, print-ready files.
